群体感应抑制及其植物病害防控应用研究进展

Quorum sensing inhibition and its application in plant disease control:A review

  • 摘要: 许多植物病原菌致病机制依赖于病原微生物群体感应系统的调控,基于群体感应抑制的原理筛选高效的群体感应抑制剂有望成为解决植物病害防治问题的有效途径.文章介绍了群体感应抑制的研究策略,主要包括阻断群体感应信号分子的产生、促进信号分子降解及抑制信号分子与受体结合;综述了近年来主要的群体抑制剂种类及其在植物病害防治上的应用情况,指出群体感应抑制剂并不妨碍病原菌的正常生长代谢,而是抑制群体感应系统,减弱病原菌的毒力,降低其致病性.提出今后应加强群体感应抑制剂筛选和基于群体感应系统淬灭机制的植物病害防治研究,为植物病害防治提供绿色安全的防控措施.

     

    Abstract: The pathogenic mechanism of many plant pathogens depends on the regulation of quorum sensing systems in the pathogenic microbial population.Therefore,screening of highly efficient drugs based on the principle of quorum sensing inhibition was expected to be an effective way to solve the problems in plant disease control.This paper intro-duced the research strategies of quorum sensing inhibition(QSI),which mainly included blocking the generation of quo-rum signaling molecules,promoting the degradation of signal molecules and inhibiting the binding of signaling molecules to the receptors.The main groups of inhibitors and their application in plant disease prevention and control in recent years were reviewed.Based on the reviews,the paper pointed out that QSIs did not prevent the normal growth and metabolism of pathogens,but inhibited the quorum sensing system,reducing the virulence of pathogens and lowering its pathogenici-ty. Besides,it was suggested that screening of QSIs and plant disease prevention and control based on quorum sensing quenching mechanism should be strengthened to provide new green and safe control measures for plant disease prevention and control in the future.
