分子蒸馏技术分离纯化亚临界芫荽籽油芳樟醇工艺优化

Optimization on extracting linalool from coriander seed subcritical oil separated by molecular distillation

  • 摘要: 目的利用分子蒸馏技术分离纯化芫荽籽亚临界萃取物,以达到提高芫荽籽油得率并提纯主要成分芳樟醇的目的.方法采用两级分子蒸馏技术对亚临界芫荽籽萃取物进行分离,收集轻组分,通过正交试验对分离工艺进行优化,并对馏分进行气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)检测.结果蒸馏温度对芫荽籽油中芳樟醇的提纯影响较大,最优的亚临界芫荽籽油一级分子蒸馏处理工艺为蒸馏温度55℃、蒸馏压力300 Pa、进料速度1.5 mL/min、刮板转速200 r/min.分子蒸馏结合亚临界提取的芫荽籽油中芳樟醇相对百分含量为69.23%,且提取率可达2.91%.将所得轻组分进行二级分子蒸馏分离,得到轻组分中芳樟醇相对百分含量为98.15%,最终提取率为1.53%.结论分子蒸馏结合亚临界萃取技术提取芫荽籽油提取率较高,且能有效提高芫荽籽油中芳樟醇含量和产品香气质量,具有较强的应用前景.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveIn order to improve the yield of coriander seed oil and purify the important component linalool,sub-critical extract of coriander seed oil was isolated and purified by molecular distillation technique.MethodThe subcritical cori-ander seed oil was separated by two-stage molecular distillation technique. The light components were collected. The separation process was optimized by orthogonal test,and the cut fraction were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).ResultDistillation temperature was the most important factor affecting separation of linalool from coriander seed oil. The optimum conditions for first stage molecular distillation were as follows:distillation temperature 55℃,distillation pressure 300 Pa,feeding rate 1.5 mL/min,scraper speed 200 r/min. Relative percentage content of linalool was 69.23%in such separa-tion technique,and the extraction rate was 2.91%. The light components of first stage molecular distillation were separated by second stage molecular distillation. The relative percentage content of linalool reached 98.15% and the extraction rate was 1.53%.Conclusion The molecular distillation techniques combined with subcritical extraction can raise the extraction rate of coriander seed oil,effectively increase linalool content in coriander seed oil and improve the smell quality of the products. Therefore this technique has a promising application prospect.
