冬瓜嫁接砧木评价及其产量与性状的相关性分析

Evaluation for wax gourd grafting rootstocks and correlation analysis between yield and other traits

  • 摘要: 目的评价鉴定不同砧木冬瓜嫁接苗的抗性、嫁接成活率、光合特性、农艺性状和产量,并研究产量与其他性状指标的相关性,确定可靠的冬瓜砧木筛选指标,为生产实践提供优良冬瓜嫁接砧木品种.方法以冬瓜实生苗为对照,对17个不同砧木嫁接苗进行冬瓜枯萎病抗性、根结线虫抗性、嫁接成活率、形态学性状、光合特性等性状的鉴定评价及聚类分析,并对产量与其他性状进行相关性分析.结果参试材料在各性状方面均存在一定差异,通过聚类分析可将其划分为嫁接共生不亲和性砧木、高产型砧木及低产型砧木等三大类.相关性分析结果表明,冬瓜产量与节位数、节间长、叶片数、叶片长、叶片宽、茎粗、净光合速率及单瓜重、瓜长和瓜横截面周长呈显著正相关(P<0.05,下同),与胞间CO2浓度呈显著负相关.结论以海砧2号、海砧1号、铁将军、铁木真为代表的高产型砧木可直接用于生产.冬瓜嫁接苗叶片长和叶片宽可作为筛选高产型冬瓜嫁接砧木的鉴定指标.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveIn this stury,disease resistance,grafting survival rate,photosynthesis characters,agronomic traits and yield of grafting wax gourds on different rootstocks were identified,and correlation and yield between the other characteristics were also studied in order to set reliable selection indexes for rootstocks and provide suitable wax gourd grafting rootstock varieties for cultivation.MethodWith no-grafting wax gourd as control,in this experiment,evalua-tions on wax gourd wilt disease resistance,root-knot nematode resistance,grafting survival rate,morphological traits and photosynthesis characters of 17 grafting seedlings on different rootstocks were conducted. Clustering analysis was carried out on experiment data,and correlation between yield and other traits was also analyzed.ResultThere were differences in the traits of tested materials. The tested rootstocks were classified into three groups based on clustering analysis: incompatible rootstock,high-yield rootstok and low-yield rootstock. According to correlation analysis for the traits,significant positive correlations were found between yield and node number,inter-node length,leaf number,leaf length,leaf width,stem diameter,net photosynthetic rate,single fruit weight,fruit length and fruit section girth(P<0.05,the same below). Significant negative correlation was found between yield and intercellular CO2 concentration.ConclusionThese high-yield rootstocks,such as Haizhen 1,Haizhen 2,Tiejiangjun and Tiemuzhen,can be directly used in wax gourd cultivation. Leaf length and width of grafting wax gourd seedlings can be used as identification indexes to select high-yield rootstock for wax gourd grafting.
